In addition I was in the restaurant business for several years then in banking. I earned my real estate license in 1999 while running my own business in commercial financing. For the four years previous to becoming a franchisee, I sold residential real estate in Lynchburg and the surrounding area as well as Smith Mountain Lake. Peter was born and raised in Northern Italy near the Austrian Border where he earned his Trade Masters Degree in Architectural Woodwork. After living in Switzerland he moved to the United States in 1993 to follow his wife’s decision to complete her degree. Meanwhile he accumulated 28 years of enhancing the interiors of homes and institutions with his work which sparked a strong interest in Real Estate. Peter got his real estate license in January of 2007 and joined Weichert Realtors soon after. He has a private Helicopter license and enjoys flying whenever he gets a chance. Other hobbies are Ice skating and swimming. Calondra Ludlow was born in the upper peninsula of Michigan and grew up in an Air Force family, living all over the world. The travel bug bit her early and after completing her bachelor's degree from Liberty University here in Lynchburg, she moved to England. Pursuit of a Master's at George Mason University brought her back to the states but she was off again as soon as it was done, this time to Seoul, Korea. Calondra's strong sense of family brought her back to Virginia where she's finally settled down. After rewarding careers in both graphic design and education, her love of architecture and her ability to see promising potential in older homes led her to a career in real estate. She completed her training in the fall of 2008 and is happy to have partnered with Weichert, Realtors® - T.Y. Associates. Earl Marks, Jr. was born and raised right here in the Lynchburg area. Graduated from Amherst Co. High School and CVCC were he graduated with a degree in Management. He went to work for B&W and worked there for 13 years as a Security Specialist. After leaving there in 1995 he opened his first business selling police, fire and rescue equipment to local departments. In 2000 he opened his second business (Five Star Moving & Transportation Services, LLC) which he still runs. Earl also spent 17 years volunteering as an EMT with Monelison Rescue Squad, three years with Boonsboro Vol. Rescue Squad and three years as a search and recovery diver with the Scruggs Dive Team at Smith Mountain Lake. Earl has a great deal of experience moving people locally and up and down the east coast. He plans to merge that knowledge with his real estate career and will be able to help clients from start to finish throughout the entire process of selling, buying and moving. Earl has been married to his lovely wife Pam for over 20 years and they have two grown children, a daughter-in-law, two grandchildren and two dogs. Earl loves spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, camping and tinkering in his garage.

Dave Whiteley was born and raised in Northern Utah where he learned to program computers as a way to finance his education in electronic engineering technology. After completing his education, Dave’s career in custom software development lead him and his family to Northern Virginia where he founded Doveman Corporation and spent the next seven years building his government contracting business. During that time the Whiteley family fell in love with the verdant, serene, mountains and rich history of the area and learned to call Virginia their home; however the demands of the contracting business necessitated that his family move again to Wisconsin and then to Florida. Eventually they were able to move back to Virginia, this time to the beautiful Lynchburg area. During the course of Dave’s career he and his wife, JoAnn, have moved their family across the country six times. Dave is now leveraging his experience in buying and selling homes and relocating throughout the United States by branching into a new career in real estate. David and JoAnn have 5 children, 3 daughters-in-law, 5 grandchildren, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Dave loves spending time with his family and mountain biking with his son and dogs through the backwoods trails near their home. He also enjoys talking with his friends in the area and across the country on his amateur radio (N7FRW). He is especially interested in emergency preparedness and participates as a volunteer in the Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES) whenever possible. He resides in the Madison Heights area and loves the beautiful rolling hills, endless skies and easy lifestyle of Central Virginia.
